This is the premier training membership for committed players—a year-round training approach designed to promote long-term development.
Identify Weaknesses
Every session introduces a new focus designed to uncover weaknesses in a player’s game. Once identified, those areas are attacked through detailed instruction, purposeful repetition, and film breakdown. Through this process a players strengths will get even stronger and unlock a confidence on the court they never knew existed.
Consistent Schedule
Up to 4 Small Group Sessions Each Month. Members will have priority scheduling, and a consistent time and day that works for them.
Online Training
Players will have full access to online training and mentorship. Training doesn't stop when you leave the gym. Assigned workouts, and video breakdown.
Bonus Workouts & Discounts
Players will have free access to additional workouts. Schedules can vary based on the time of year. Discounts on Court Prowess camps, clincs and apparel.
Once you are signed up Chris Pappas will be in touch to coordinate your training schedule. Groups are determined by age, skill level, playing experience, and experience training within the Court Prowess System.

1 Personal Training Session
One small-group personal training session. Designed for players who want full flexibilty with their schedule. Drop-in availability may vary, and sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase.
