We will be demonstrating caution throughout each workout. All players will be required to have their temperature taken at the door, and will be asked to wear a mask throughout the building until physical activity has started. It will be taking place  after member hours of the club, so it will be only the players and 2 coaches present. Players will be asked to keep a safe social distance in between drills, and will be broken into smaller groups whenever possible.

Location: Bel Air Athletic Club

Schedule Options: Monday through Thursday (come whenever you would like). Up to 24 hours/month of gym time with us!

Group Sessions

Training will work to develop an all around skill-set with a players long term and biggest dreams in mind. This type of training sees no roles, positions, or limits; every player will be exposed to their weaknesses through highly detailed and challenging methods.

Skills trained: advanced footwork, ball handling, shooting, finishing at the rim, passing, and athletic performance on the court.

Small Group Training Available

 (In addition to the 2021 Prowess Program)

 

 

The only difference with small group training is it is limited to up to 4 players/session, allowing for more personal attention. The skills covered remain the same across all training, ages, and skill levels. However, no two workouts will ever be the same!  This allows players to come and go without missing a beat or falling behind.
