Join the Court Prowess Family!
We will be demonstrating caution throughout each workout. All players will be required to have their temperature taken at the door, and will be asked to wear a mask throughout the building until physical activity has started. It will be taking place after member hours of the club, so it will be only the players and 2 coaches present. Players will be asked to keep a safe social distance in between drills, and will be broken into smaller groups whenever possible.

The only difference with small group training is it is limited to up to 4 players/session, allowing for more personal attention. The skills covered remain the same across all training, ages, and skill levels. However, no two workouts will ever be the same! This allows players to come and go without missing a beat or falling behind.
